E-mail

Why can't Spokane Teachers e-mail me my monthly statement?

E-mail is not secure; your information could be read by others.

Spokane Teachers never sends private financial information via e-mail. We urge members to adopt this practice, too, so that you only share financial information by telephone, FAX, or by making an online loan application or using our LiveChat instant messaging service.

For secure communications and the fastest response, use STCU's LiveChat instant messaging service during regular business hours or call us at (509) 326-1954 or toll-free at (800) 858-3750.

IMPORTANT: At this time, e-mail between you and Spokane Teachers Credit Union IS NOT secure. That means you should NEVER transmit your PINs, member number, account balances, or any other private and confidential information across e-mail.

Are e-statements secure?

Yes. Your e-statements are accessed through our highly secure online banking system ONLY after you have provided the proper member number and password.
