"Before Mr. Lewis came and brought our band to be so sucecessful, the school wanted to get rid of the band program. He brought the band from being a laughing stock, to a threat to all the other school bands in the area, whether it be jazz, marching, or concert band. Now out school band has performed at the Shana Twain concert, served lunches and breakfasts for our administration and several fundraisers that have been shown on the news."
