• Recommend policy / procedural changes and process improvements to assist in the achievement of the strategic goals of the organization.

• Perform additional duties as required by the Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager or other designee for efficient operation of the branch and/or credit union. This includes the possibility of being assigned temporarily to other locations.

Teller II Standards:
• Demonstrated proficiency in job accountabilities.
• No more than six untraced offages per year, not to exceed three in a one-month period. Offages are any shortages/overages exceeding $10.00 per occurrence
• Any offage may be subject to a counseling statement, depending upon the circumstances and severity - mandatory for offages of $100 or more.
• No excessive offages for $10 and under
• No more than two misapplied postings per month.
• Adhere to Teller check acceptance limits.
• Meet monthly conversation goals for the branch.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school graduate or equivalent.
2. Demonstrated proficiency in job accountabilities and standards for a Teller I (internal promotions) or a minimum of two years previous teller and/or cash handling experience (internal hires/transfers) is preferred. A minimum of three years previous teller experience (external hires).
3. Previous experience mentoring or training is preferred.
4. Previous experience in keyboarding/PC and 10-key calculator. Windows experience strongly preferred.
5. Available to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
6. Meets physical requirements of the job:
• Standing for long periods of time
• Ability to speak, hear and see
• Ability to operate a computer keyboard and mouse
• Some lifting required (typically no more than fifty pounds)
