How to configure AOL 9.0 parental controls to access STCU's NetTeller®

If you are using AOL 9.0, you must disable parental controls to access secure websites:

  1. Make sure you are signed on with the Master screen name; only the Master screen name can make changes to Parental Controls.
  2. Go to AOL Keyword: Parental Controls
    OR
    Click the Safety button on the AOL toolbar, then click Parental Controls
  3. Click the screen name for which you wish disable Parental Controls.
  4. Click Edit Web Control.
  5. Choose General (18+) for Full Access to all web sites.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Finally, click Close.
