Easy account access is only a phone call away.

Use your touchtone telephone to access your STCU account. Here are the numbers to get started:

Telephone access everywhere else: (800) 634-0311 toll free in the United States and Canada.

We charge nothing for most telephone services such as account inquiries and transfers. Fees apply only for a few things, such as ordering checks or statement copies.

STCU's Computer-Aided Telephone Teller (CATT^®) provides access and credit union information when you need it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Using the system

Contact STCU to get a CATT password. The CATT menu always tells you your options. If you know the numbers to punch in, speed along as fast as you want. There's no need to wait for prompts.
