How to enable cookies in your browser

A cookie is a small file stored on your computer by a website to keep track of information about you, such as what page you are on, what options you have selected, or what items you are going to purchase. Both NetTeller and Premium BillPay require cookies to be enabled in order to function properly. To enable cookies, follow the steps below for your browser version.
Safari 1.3
- On the Safari menu, choose Preferences.
- Choose the Security option.
- In the Accept Cookies section, choose the Always option.
- Close the Security window when finished.
Firefox 2.0
- On the Firefox menu, choose Preferences.
- Choose the Privacy option.
- In the Cookies section, click the option to Accept cookies from sites.
- Close the Privacy window when finished.
Firefox 1.5
- On the Firefox menu, choose Preferences.
- Choose the Privacy option.
- On the Cookies tab, click the option to Allow sites to set Cookies. Do not select the other available options, as they will limit the cookies and you may have trouble accessing NetTeller and/or Premium BillPay.
- Close the Privacy window when finished.
Netscape 7.2
- On the Netscape menu, choose Preferences.
- Click to expand the Privacy & Security category.
- Click the Cookies option, and then click the Accept cookies normally option.
- Click OK to close the Preferences window.
Opera 9.0x
- On the Opera menu, choose Preferences...
- Under the Advanced tab, click the Cookies option in the left menu.
- Choose the Accept cookies option.
- Click OK to close the Preferences window.
Opera 8.5x
- On the Opera menu, choose Preferences...
- Under the Advanced tab, click the Cookies option in the left menu.
- In the Normal cookies drop-down field, choose the Accept all cookies option.
- In the Third party cookies drop-down field, choose the Accept all cookies option.
- Click OK to close the Preferences window.
Internet Explorer 5.2
- On the Explorer menu (the Edit menu if there is no Explorer menu using Mac OS 9), choose Preferences...
- On the left menu under Receiving Files, choose Cookies.
- In the When receiving cookies drop-down field, choose the Never ask option.
- Click OK to exit the Internet Explorer Preferences window.
