How to enable cookies in your browser

A cookie is a small file stored on your computer by a website to keep track of information about you, such as what page you are on, what options you have selected, or what items you are going to purchase. Both NetTeller and Premium BillPay require cookies to be enabled in order to function properly. To enable cookies, follow the steps below for your browser version.

Internet Explorer 6.0 & 7.0

  1. For best results, please close all instances of your browser and go to your Windows Desktop.
  2. Go to the Windows Control Panel and choose Internet Options. If you are in the Category View, choose Network and Internet Connections, and then Internet Options.
  3. On the Privacy tab under the Settings section, click the Advanced button.
  4. Check the box to enable the Override automatic cookie handling option.
  5. Check the box to enable the Always allow session cookies option.
  6. Click OK to close the Advanced Privacy Settings window.
  7. Click OK to close the Internet Options window.

Mozilla Firefox 1.5

  1. Go to Tools and choose Options...
  2. Choose the Privacy option.
  3. On the Cookies tab, click the option to Allow sites to set Cookies. Do not select the other available options, as they will limit the cookies and you may have trouble accessing NetTeller and/or Premium BillPay.
  4. Click OK to exit from the Options window.

Mozilla Firefox 2.0

  1. Go to the Tools menu and choose Options...
  2. Choose the Privacy option.
  3. In the Cookies section, check the box to enable the Accept cookies from sites option.
  4. Click OK to close the Options window.

Netscape 7.2

  1. Go to the Edit menu and click Preferences...
  2. Click to expand the Privacy & Security section.
  3. Choose the Cookies option.
  4. In the Cookie Acceptance Policy section, choose the Allow all cookies option.
  5. Click OK to close the Preferences window.

Netscape 8.0

  1. Go to the Tools menu and click Options...
  2. Click the Site Controls option in the left menu.
  3. In the Web Features section, check the box to enable the Allow cookies option. Do not select the From originating site only option, as this will limit the cookies and you may have trouble accessing NetTeller and/or Premium BillPay.
  4. Click OK to close the Options window.

Opera 8.5

  1. Go to the Tools menu and click Preferences...
  2. Under the Advanced tab, click the Cookies option in the left menu.
  3. In the Normal cookies drop-down field, choose the Accept all cookies option.
  4. In the Third party cookies drop-down field, choose the Accept all cookies option.
  5. Click OK to close the Preferences window.
