If you are using Internet Explorer for Windows, make sure the Discussion Bar is disabled; this feature can cause several problems.
If the Discussion Bar button on the toolbar is on, click it to turn it off.
You should not see the discussion toolbar at the bottom of the Internet Explorer window. Another way to turn it off is to click the × on the left of the toolbar:
