This message can be misleading. The source of the problem is that you used your browser's "Back" button instead of the navigation buttons built into STCU's NetTeller.
To avoid the message, always use NetTeller's own "Go Back" and "Continue" buttons -- not your browser's.
To recover from the error message, sign on to STCU's NetTeller again, view your account history and available balance to confirm that the transaction was NOT completed, and perform the transaction again as necessary, without using your browser's "Back" or "Refresh" buttons.
