Can't find a deposit envelope at the ATM? You could be using one of STCU's new advanced ATMs—they're envelope-free!

Nearly half of all STCU branch locations now provide advanced ATMs to accept your check and/or cash deposits without envelopes.

How to use envelope-free ATMs

Follow these instructions to deposit your check or U.S. bills at an STCU advanced ATM.

Depositing checks

Insert the check into the slot designated for "check deposits."
Only one check can be deposited at a time.
The ATM will scan your check and show an image of it on the screen.
Enter the amount of the check before it is deposited to your account.
An image of the check will be printed on your receipt.
If you have another check, select the option to make another deposit.
Holds on your check deposits may apply, according to STCU's Funds Availability Policy.

Depositing cash

Insert up to 99 of your U.S. bills into the area designated for "cash deposits."
The amount of each denomination deposited will be displayed on the ATM screen, giving you a total amount of your deposit.
If you disagree with the ATM about the amount, cancel the transaction. Your cash will be returned to you.
Otherwise, proceed with the deposit. A receipt will indicate the number of bills counted and the total amount deposited.
