The STCU billpay upgrade is complete.

Everything you need to know about the 2009 upgrade

Thanks for your patience as we completed the STCU billpay upgrade on November 17-18. The upgrade gives you the power to choose emergency same-day payments, to convert paper bills into e-bills, and much more.

Payee information and bill history has been preserved, and if you have any e-bill arrangements with payees who send you electronic bills, you will need to reset those e-bills after the upgrade. That's the best way for members who have e-bills to avoid any possible late payment after the upgrade.

Here's a schedule of changes during STCU's billpay upgrade:

Nov. 12 Deadline for changing November 18-23 payments After November 12, payments scheduled for November 18-23 will be limited in their ability to be canceled, so be sure you want to make those payments.
Nov. 17-18 Service disrupted Billpay will be down for about 24 hours. Thank you for understanding!
Nov. 17-18 E-bill alerts You may receive an e-mail alert from your e-bill companies, saying you've discontinued the service. Don't panic! It was triggered by the STCU upgrade. The solution is to simply reset your e-bills after the upgrade, ensuring you don't miss a payment.
Nov. 18-23 Temporary vanishing pending payments After the upgrade, you may notice that scheduled payments for November 18-23 have vanished from the screen. Don't worry! Behind the scenes, we will be processing, paying, and delivering those scheduled payments on time -- guaranteed! After a week, those payments will reappear as paid bills.
Nov. 19 Reset e-bills! Please take time to reset each of your e-bills. Later, check your e-bills when they arrive to ensure you are not receiving or paying on a duplicate bill.
Nov. 19 Upgrade completed Eureka! Enjoy the new look and services of STCU billpay!
