Include STCU in your travel preparations

We can save you lots of headaches if we know your plans

[June 8, 2009]

Make reservations… Find a dog-sitter… Stop the mail… Get someone to mow the lawn.

There are lots of details to remember when you're getting ready to travel. And here's an important one: Call STCU.

Your credit and debit cards are monitored for fraud, and it's going to raise red flags if we suddenly start seeing charges at the Southgate Mall in Missoula, Scuba-Do Dive in Key Largo, or Davy Byrnes Pub in Dublin.

And sometimes, when there's a spike in fraud, we are forced to block credit card use for brief periods in certain states, cities or countries. But for you, we can make an exception.

When you call, we'll want to know where you're going and the dates of your trip. We'll want to make sure we have a phone number where you can be reached, even while you're out of town. And we'll want to wish you happy travels.
