Consider serving on STCU's Board of Directors or Supervisory Committee

STCU is seeking qualified candidates for five positions on our volunteer Board of Directors and one position on the Supervisory Committee. A maximum of 12 people will be nominated to the ballot for a vote by STCU members during the month of February 2011.
Eligibility requirements
Candidates must:
- Be a member in good standing prior to August 1, 2010.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a good credit record.
- Be eligible for bonding by STCU.
- Attend a minimum nine of the 12 regularly scheduled board meetings each year.
- Not currently be or have been an employee of STCU or its subsidiaries for the past two years.
- Be unaffiliated with any other financial institution, either as an employee, a volunteer or a board member.
Q & A for candidates
A candidate information session for eligible members interested in serving on the Board or Supervisory Committee will be held 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 25, at STCU’s Main Branch, 106 W. Nora Ave. Current board members and STCU executives will be available to answer your questions.

To apply for nomination to the Board of Directors or Supervisory Committee, please pick up an application for nomination from any STCU branch, call Annette Bick at (509) 344-2147, or send an e-mail to annetteb@stcu.org. Deadline for turning in all applications is 4 p.m. Monday, Nov. 1, 2010.
