Thanks to improved imaging technology, you no longer have to guess what checks you wrote on your STCU account. Now you can view an image of checks that have cleared on your STCU account within the last two months.
Simply log onto STCU's NetTeller® online access system and click the highlighted check number you want to view from your account "Transaction History." Presto! A front-and-back scanned image of your check will appear on the screen.
STCU's automated check imaging service is free! You pay nothing for this service.
Most personal checks you write, as well as pre-authorized drafts drawn on your checking or money market accounts, are viewable within two days of the time they clear.
However, certain checks will not be viewable. These include CATT or NetTeller checks, loan checks (Visa, home equities), and ACH transactions. As always, check image requests through a Member Service Representative will be subject to research fees.
