STCU gets into the holiday spirit
Holiday festivities in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene

The holiday season is here, and STCU invites you to join the celebration. Mark these upcoming events on your calendars:
Spokane events
STCU and the Downtown Spokane Partnership will be hosting the Spokane Holiday Kickoff on the Post Street Promenade (Post Street from First Avenue to Main Street). The holiday kickoff will commence at 4:30 p.m. November 24, with the lighting of the buildings in the Post Street Promenade area. There will be street decorations, window displays, and an atmosphere reminiscent of holidays past. The celebration will end with a fireworks display above the promenade.

Coeur d'Alene events
Against the backdrop of beautiful Coeur d'Alene Lake, STCU and the Coeur d'Alene Downtown Partnership bring you the 2007 Holiday Light Show and Parade. This event is the largest, on-the-water, resort holiday light show in America, with more than one million lights, a 160-foot Christmas tree, and a 3,000-pound lighted wreath.
The holiday parade will begin at 5 p.m. Friday, November 23, lighting its way through the streets of downtown Coeur d'Alene. It starts on 8th Street and Sherman Avenue, proceeding toward Lakeside and Northwest Boulevard. The light show, featuring more than 225 different light displays, will begin at 6 p.m. at the Coeur d'Alene Resort.

- "Journey to the North Pole" boat ride across Lake Coeur d'Alene to visit Santa and Mrs. Clause at the North Pole workshop. (For tickets, call (208) 664-7268.)
