Online service freed from old user fees

Premium BillPay is now free for members of Spokane Teachers Credit Union.*

Save time and money with your powerful and secure Premium BillPay service. You have nothing to lose… except the cost of stamps, envelopes, and late fees!

Log onto your STCU's NetTeller® account and look for the "Actions" menu to sign up for Premium BillPay. Click on Premium BillPay to pay your bills and manage your money.

This is not an automatic debit service. You authorize every payment. You set the amount and the date that you want your bills paid.

Still not sure? Test Premium BillPay by paying just one bill online. Once you see how easy it is, soon you'll be paying all your bills online.

Single sign-on security

When you can log onto STCU's NetTeller®, you have access to Premium BillPay. Your single sign-on eliminates the need for another user name and password.

In this way, Premium BillPay uses the same tough encryption security that you trust for NetTeller, so your private information travels safely through the Internet. To learn how to make your NetTeller log-in more secure, click here.

*Premium BillPay is free to any STCU member who makes at least one payment each billing cycle. Otherwise, you'll be charged a $5 inactivity fee to help defray the cost of offering this service to members.
