Connecting communities, celebrating diversity!

Look for STCU at the 14th annual Unity in the Community

[August 5, 2008]
Community members from all races, religions, and backgrounds will meet at Riverfront Park 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, August 16, to celebrate diversity.

Begun 14 years ago, Unity in the Community is the Inland Northwest's largest multicultural celebration. Connecting community members and celebrating the vast array of cultures in the Inland Northwest, Unity in the Community educates children and adults on the importance of living and working together.

Unity in the Community is free and open to all ages!

The family event offers music, dancing, prizes, and martial arts demonstrations from many world cultures. The Cultural Village provides a "trip around the world" with booths and exhibits from 50 countries.

Join us at the Riverfront Park Clock Tower in downtown Spokane to celebrate our diversity at Unity in the Community on August 16!
