Let's start with Steve Dahlstrom, our president and chief executive officer. He's been at STCU since 1980, guiding us through two recessions, a couple of market booms, and phenomenal growth in STCU assets, personnel, and financial understanding. Steve has proven financial wisdom and leadership, a good sense of humor, and a contagious passion for credit unions.
Steve and the STCU management team answer to our elected Board of Directors. These directors represent you and other members by setting policy and strategic direction for the credit union.
Each February you're asked to vote for board members in an online election. In addition, you elect volunteers to serve on the Supervisory Committee, which oversees the financial practices and reporting to member.
