Financial Relief Solutions

STCU has dedicated a team of debt management experts to Financial Relief Solutions, a one-to-one program to assist members in financial distress with your existing STCU loans. We'll review your situation to help find an option that will work best for you.

Should I call Financial Relief Solutions?

Here are some quick questions for assessing your need for assistance:

  • Are you at risk of your car being repossessed?
  • Are you facing foreclosure on your home loan?
  • Are you facing an unexpected payment or bill that you cannot pay?
  • Are you facing an unexpected loss of income?
  • Are you unable to pay your monthly bills?

Financial Relief Solutions isn't for everyone, and STCU representatives are limited to help only with loans and accounts from the credit union. But if you've answered yes to one or more of the questions above, please contact STCU at (509) 326-1954 or (208) 619-4000. The sooner you call, the easier it is to work toward a financial solution.
