How do I call STCU telephone banking?

You can call either the Eastern Washington or toll-free numbers 24 hours a day. STCU telephone banking is always free to use!

(509) 326-3971 in Spokane.
(800) 634-0311 in the United States and Canada.

My access has been disabled. What do I do?

For your security, telephone banking locks accounts when the member number and password are entered incorrectly too many times in a row.

Please contact STCU to request your telephone banking account be unlocked. Once your account is unlocked, you should be able to log in using your current member number and password.

What if I forget my telephone banking password?

No problem. If you have forgotten your telephone banking password (sometimes referred to as your "security code"), please contact us or visit any branch location during regular business hours. Or contact STCU during regular business hours at (800) 858-3750 for help resetting your telephone banking password.

Telephone banking says my member number and password do not match. What do I do?

STCU telephone banking needs your member number, so please try again to see if you are entering your member number correctly. Your member number is on your monthly statement and can also be found in online banking.

If you are still getting the message, then the password you are entering may not be matching the password listed in the telephone banking system. Please contact us during regular business hours or call us at (800) 858-3750 to request that your telephone banking account password be reset.

Once your password is reset, call telephone banking, verify your identity, and then change your password to something you'll be sure to remember in the future.
